Lapworth Riding for the Disabled

Association Group

celebrated its 40th Anniversary

on Wednesday 11 June 2008 at

Lowlands Farm, Shrewley, Warwickshire with a

Group Ride

followed by afternoon tea to which all those associated

with the Group over its 40 years had been invited

Everyone had a great time!!

Group Ride
.
The Group Ride took place in the indoor school at Lowlands Farm

.

The ride was lead by Rosemary Booth and Lisa Davey
two of the Lapworth RDA Group Instructors
.

.
At the end of the ride Helen Holt, RDA West Mercia
Regional Chairman said a few words....
.
.... before presenting rosettes to the riders who
had all come from Springfield House School....
.
.... while all the visitors watched from a special enclosure
.
.
.

40 years young!!

Corinne Adams, one for the Lapworth Group Instructors,

presented Rosemary Stretch with a bouquet of flower to

mark both her 40 years with the Lapworth Group and

her recent 80th birthday

.

Beryl Sainsbury, of the Stratford on Avon Group, (on the right)

has also been helping the RDA for 40 years
.
